Since March 2018, the Office of Civil Rights no longer provides details on resolved investigation data. The only publicly open data is the open investigation data (used below), making it difficult to gather a conclusive picture. The Chronicle of Higher Education has created a Title IX tracker (only on sexual assault cases) using previously disclosed data and data obtained through Freedom of Information Act.
